Digital downloads

Digital items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Physical items

Shipments will be prepared within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Damage during shipping: we are not responsible for any damage that your package may suffer after shipping, but we prepare orders protecting the contents and will act as mediators with the transport company.

All our shipments are certified, have a tracking number for greater security and we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transportation charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each order individually.

What happens if my package is damaged?

Do not open it, take photographs of the condition of the package before opening it and send them along with the claim for damage to your shipment so that we can make a claim to the transport company.

Returns and exchanges

Shipping of the item to be returned (unless due to our error or damage) is the responsibility of the customer. 

The exchange or refund will be made when we receive the item to be returned. If a new shipment is necessary, the charge will be at our expense.
