Returns and exchanges

The main thing for Dark Berry is that all customers are fully satisfied with their compas, if you're not happy (for whatever reason) with your order, you can change it without problem within 30 days after receiving it. But to avoid returns and exchanges carefully read the descriptions of the items and if you have any questions you can write with any questions at info@darkberry.com mail so you are 100% sure that will enchant your purchase.

Before returning any item please carefully read our refund policy to ensure that satisfactorily meets all the conditions.

Packages in poor condition

If the package is broken or in a state that has been able to spoil the content when receiving your order, I need to leave this record in the delivery note of the deliverer agency, otherwise it could not handle the claim. On the other hand, if the article inside is damaged or has a tare (I always check the goods before leaving, but it could happen), please take a picture immediately to assess the damage and replace it if it is a defect manufacturing or shipping. All claims for defects in the goods shall be reported no later than 2 days from receipt of the goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to report any damage occurred during transportation package. I will do my best to try to resolve any issues fairly. If you have to return an item due to an error management by EDB, repackage the item or items in their original packaging and contact for claims info@darkberry.com

Return Policy.

I will send the item to change upon receipt of the item to be returned. Make sure you meet the following conditions before you return it, since the opposite case can be grounds for cancellation of the return or exchange:

  • Must not have been used, it must be unworn, unwashed and if any damage. We review all our shipments to leave the warehouse in perfect condition, if you want to make any refund it is essential that everything is in the same state as it was received. If the package is in poor condition, please make a note on the delivery note of the carrier.
  • It must be completely returned with all its parts and accessories.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Returned items must be sent back to EDB within thirty (30) working days from the date of receipt of the goods (We recommend that the return is made in its original packaging, because if it comes to us and is damaged, this may delay or cancel a possible exchange or refund).
  • Returns and exchanges will be made only after all items have been delivered again.
  • Include a copy of your receipt with / the item (s) returned (s).
  • If the amount of the refund or the difference between an article and another (a change) is less than 10 € will be refunded the amount discount voucher to save on your next purchase.

Return expenses.

We do not earn money or shipments nor returns, but a change of merchandise (if not because of the store) would losses, so, the costs of shipping the goods to return borne by the customer: For your use security agencies guaranteed and secured transport service. We are not responsible for any damage or loss occurred during the return process.

Expenses for change: in Spain, sending the new item will be a surcharge of the cost of only the item for change, according to weight and urgency of the shipping.
